Im not sure. What I have been doing is going off the sites. It is an SI posted picture, so it isnt from some dirty, pornographic site if you know what I mean? Ive taken down pictures not as bad as this, but they are from sites that adsense might have flagged easier (ok ok, I have no clue how it works, but my reasoning seems logical to me). If its a reputable website that happens to have a picture of a girl and the poster takes it from there, I usually leave it.

I'd say it's probably okay. If it's acceptable to be on the front cover of SI, that's probably enough for them not to make a stink about it.

Some guy over at the Google offices probably just sees it, faps, and moves on.
