Buying my wife one for V-Day. 2 QQuestions:

1) What are some of the best K-cup flavors, or "must haves?"

2) What is a good reliable k-cup filter, where you can put regular coffee in?

I'm surprised you're not buying yourself a Keurig for Valentine's Day and her a Hamilton Beach.

Love my Keurig.
8'o'clock is great coffee and so is Kona. Had em all and except for the chai tea and some of the raspberry chocolate crap they are all good.
We have some refillables that work great so I can hit the maxwell house since K cups are expensive.

I pulled out my stovetop press and started to make my coffee through that again. I got so spoiled by our Keurig quickness, but coffee tastes so much better out of the press. The lady continues to use the Keurig though so it&#8217;s not just sitting there. I would get a reusable Kcup and use my own coffee, will save you a ton of $$.</SPAN>

I can't help but think of how wasteful those things are. The little individual cup servings must be horrible for the environment. I could only justify having one if I had a reusable K-cup.

We have the Donut Shop ones at school, those are good.

Can't beat the $.25 breakroom Keurig machine, considering those cups are .75 minimum in stores.

Which one are you buying the smallest one require changing a filter also (don't buy a Keuring with a water filter built in pain in the ass)
Also we use a filtered water makes a better coffee.

Nantucket Blend Bold or Medium Roast is good

I would not buy the refill type k cups waste of time and effort
The idea behind the k cup is quick and simple ..... filling the reuseable cup is messy, pain in the ass and timely....

To be fair, they are good for entertaining, when maybe 3 people want coffee and they like different things (decaf, bold, etc). Or in the afternoon for a quick cup.

But in the AM it would take 4-5 of them to equal one pot of coffee. And they suck at filling travel mugs.

Neat, but I'd like to save money.

We'll still use the coffee pot. I'm hoping that this helps me cut back on my coffee consumption as well.

You mentioned money. This is where Belly injects an anti-Obama post for no reason.

Isn't there a way to prevent the grounds?
