The other thread seems to be locked.
So after a few months what do you think?
I almost quit playing it for because of the glitches and lag, not to mention how many bullets it takes to kill someone but then i started playing hardcore.
Since then i have started to like it a lot more.
been using the pmw w suppressor and fmj as well as the an-15 mostly. still havent prestiged yet but hopefully in the next week or so.

I don't play it a lot because I don't have it. I'm pretty ridiculous with a sniper rifle; rarely die and get about 10-15 kills per game.

I only play first-person shooters on a computer. Can't do it on a controller. Pain in the ass.
That said, I don't play CoD anymore. MW and MW2 were the only decent ones, IMO.

Agreed on the controller part. However, it became impossible to keep a computer to play the games. Adjusted to the controller, no where near as good as I was on a computer with COD:MW, Raven Shield, Battlefield Vietnam, and whatever other game I played back then.dlazz;1378242 wrote:I only play first-person shooters on a computer. I only play COD because that is what all my friends play. I find it hard to play alone any more. Can't count on green guys to do anything so a lack of a good team is the difference between 15-15 and 25-10.
I was great at sniping on the PC COD:MW, but can't seem to pick it up on a console. Snipers are murder though.

Friend got it for free through work and sent it to me. I promptly traded it in for Far Cry 3. No thanks on CoD. Don't have live and I'm not playing the single player.

Pretty much stopped playing it. I do have some Microsoft points saved up so I was thinking about buying the map pack and playing again. Or I'll just wait for the new Gears.

Bf3 is huge for people who like shooting games. The vehichles and building damage sets bf3 apart.
I used to like cod over anythjng. But the snall maps and quick scoping and such are just too much.
Bf3 is more mission based. So if you just like running around killing people. Play cod.

Oh thats true. There's a million 10-13 year olds playing. That only makes it worse.

My k/d is 2.34 on cod. Its 1.1 on bf3. Its a lot harder I think. Have to factor in bullet drop, vehicles, and aircraft.
I still like cod. I just can't play it nonstop like I had before. It became too repetitive.

I'm guessing your low bf kd comes from being bad at it when you first started and if you started a new account now it would be much better. Same thing happened to me when it came to Gears 3. It was my first gears game and i was horrible when first started but ended up being damn good even though my kd didnt show it. Also, KDs in cod are always higher because of kill streaks.
