What constitutes police brutality? I took video tonight of a guy with his hands up surrendering to the police. The cop ended up taking him to the ground and hitting him several times the whole time the guy had his hands above his head saying I will do what ever you say. The guy did not resist nothing and the cop hit him a few times with his stick and then his elbow. I am not sure who I should send the video to so monday I will call the local paper and see what I should do. What would everyone here do?

I'd post it on youtube,contact local media, then hand deliver a copy to the arrested and his attorney. Then I'd hope that I didn't just hand a get-out-of -jail-free card and a payday from most of us to a multi time convicted thief, batterer, dope dealer, child molester,.....

OR

I'd STHU and wait to see if I had a piece of gold, or a piece of shit in my hand, then do the right thing.

I think I am just going to do what you say and STHU. I talked to the guy that got arrested this morning and hes going to a lawyer so when I find more out will pass it along.

This. Police should be reminded that they're not above the law. If what the officer did was all above board and justified, he has no reason to be concerned.

I did not know him. I talked to his girlfriend/wife who was freaking out. I was walking by and saw two guys arguing and then stopped and started watching to make sure nothing stupid happen. When the cops showed up it just got nuts both guys just stood there with their hands up and the cop threw them to the ground and started hitting them and elbowing them even though both guys were cooperating. The lady was freaking out so the girl I was with was trying to calm her down and got her number to talk and that is how I ended up talking to the guy that the cops beat up.

He asked me not to post it until he talks with his lawyer. So i will respect his wishes. But once things are all good it will be posted.

Yes it was the burg. As long as it is kiser lake I will be fine lol. I think the deepest part of that lake is two feet haha.
