Best sandwich you've made in the last 30 days?

Walnut Creek pepper loaf and horseradish cheese slices with mild hot banana peppers, mayo on Italian bread...

Walnut Creek has some of the best lunch meats and cheese anywhere.

Sacrifices had to be made.

Usually, I do two pieces.
