Good question. Must still be a bit salty, as I'm having trouble finding anything remotely dickish in the reply.
Unless the simple truths that (a) we don't know who thread-banned him and (b) SE didn't supply a name for him and the site tards to mock, ridicule and invent a witty "cry4fail"-esque nickname for -- means he's a dick.

I think he's still just salty. No idea why as his thread ban was only temporary.
