Real lack of response in certain weights so I had to try and fill in the blanks as best I could. Some weights were pretty loaded (120, 132, and 195 in particular) and those can end up being some fun weights to watch at Coshocton for the district tournament.

I think Loughman @195 from Heath deserves consideration. The kids a stud. He beat Owens from Licking Valley and Owens beat Harris from West Jeff

Don't mean to take anything away from Harris- very tough kid. Just wanted to get a shout out for Loughman. I know he is a hard working kid. Wraith is right-195 is loaded.
And I agree with devil- great job on the rankings. Thanks to Wraith, Cruiser, and Huntergreen for putting all these together!

Yes, thanks. Do you think Williams will stay at 52? everything i'm seeing up until now thinks he's dropping to 45.1prouddad;1366932 wrote:Don't mean to take anything away from Harris- very tough kid. now that i think about it, danishek is at 45. i'm sure williams has eyes on the top step this being his senior year and all. i bet he stays fat and happy at 52... williams is very very good but danisheck is a freak (and i mean that in a good way)1prouddad;1366963 wrote:No idea on Williams. There was like a list of 6 guys i could rotate through at 195 and even 120 with certain guys that I've seen at that weight most of the season. I'll add some of these names to the list and keep an eye for the next rankings.

I would think Gibson should be among the top wrestlers at 170 and will be right near the top at the seasons end

Looking forward to 195 from WJ land...........no offense taken proud.........Harris has had some tough losses to Owens (LV) Shaw (WCH) Deringer (Ver) but did beat Huffman (LCC) all were close tough matches of 2 pts or less!!!!
I am sure both boys are working hard as well as 3-4 more who hope to make it to gloryland!!! I personally love the competition as I think it makes the boys better and more prepared for the final destination.
Good luck to all!!!

Fitzy is the real deal! He is tough as nails Freshman! Has beaten alot of the greats around Ohio the past 3 or 4 years, Beat Kolodzik, Clary, Assads, and a bunch of them. He is a good kid. He goes to Jimmy Edwards alot. Glad to see him doing well!ksig489;1367018 wrote:120 - Fitzgerald from Grandview Heights

Gibson's 4th place finish at Bill Dies Memorial (along with his win over #1 Tipton) ... pretty much cement's his place at the top of Central District D III at 170. Jake Packwood-285 and Gabe Gibson-126 has also wrestled well of late. They may not be in the top 3, but they should be pretty close.

Brendan has been the "real deal" since he was 6! (I know, I know, but he has. :huhUSMCdevil2005;1368815 wrote:Fitzy is the real deal! He is tough as nails Freshman! He's one of those wrestlers that can walk away for 8-12 months and return like he was never gone.
He'll take some knocks as a Frosh here and there, but when it's all said and done...If he continues wrestling, Brendan will be on the podium multiple times come March.
Bribacker and I spent tons of time with him growing up. I personally just love the kid. I remember watching him in DI at OAC State many, many years ago just tear through a bracket. 3'10", Head full of blonde hair and built like a 'brick $hithouse." Hahahaha.
Good young man. Hope to see him with the rest in March.

No one 'cuts' into any weight where Jake is! That would be just bad planning.:rolleyes:bump_and_run;1367037 wrote:now that i think about it, danishek is at 45. i'm sure williams has eyes on the top step this being his senior year and all. i bet he stays fat and happy at 52... williams is very very good but danisheck is a freak (and i mean that in a good way)
