What a terrible situation a father and his two son dead at the hands of hiking trail. When will this end, every year the deaths of innocent walkers fall victim to deadly trails. Where is the Government, Politian and outrage Community Groups calling for a ban on those killer trails. One has to ask the question, who is the real victim in this on going murderous hiking trails scenario, that claims the lives of hundred men, women and children every year.

The way I see it, if I have a chance to die because I slip and fall...probably not a good choice for a leisure time activity.

Indeed - eeeevil trails need to be fingerprinted, photographed, and registered in mountains of red tape before being tread upon.

Joe Biden has been assigned as Trail Enforcement Czar and is recommending that our Imperial Prez use executive orders to restrict freedom of movement citing that the Commerce Clause gives the administration broad discretionary authority to ignore our Constitutional rights to trail liberties.

Agreed Sharks with more that seven teeth should be ban from the ocean or should the ocean be banned for having sharks or are those that are eaten by sharks victims of bad regulation and poor law enforcement of present laws?

Missing the point. It's where blame is laid that is the problem. The magazines weren't the reason those kids were killed.

Analyst have predicted that he would have killed the same amount of children had he had 2 pistols instead of a pistol and a Bushmaster. Such a joke.
