This is for a thread for all sensible browns fans who support Eric Mangini.

Holmgren is God
Mangini is Moses
The Brownie Nation is His people.

Browns = Super Bowl by 2014.

I'm also in. But if Holmgren decides otherwise, I can live with it.

Nope Mangini's look of disgust when Harrison scored that final touchdown only further proved that he is an idiot.

Any head coach deserves 3 years to implement his system and players, so yes.....I am on board as well.

I'm on board, although I won't be upset if Holmgren decides otherwise.

How about we let the players decide. It seems to me that the majority of the players like Mangini, and are beginning to see the system working. I would bet that most of them would prefer to see another 2 years in that system...

I thought it was the opposite. I didn't think any of the players liked him?

Count me out.

He might be the worst hire in professional sports histoy. The sooner the Browns get rid of him, the better. And the belief that the players like him is a croc.

Bud Shaw has a great article on the matter.

Most players are on the record saying they believe the system is working and their seeing improvement.

Fuck John Clayton and Fuck everyone else who thinks he's been a bad hire (Lenin). The dude cleaned house. They weren't winning with the talent they had because they were a bunch of "me first" assholes. We're seeing improvement and we have a ton of draft picks coming up. Let's see how the off-season goes. The players are behind him now.

I'm in. Mangini may not be the greatest coach, but he needs more than 1 year, and you can take that to the bank.

I agree with this !00%. I'm usually all for giving a guy 2-3 years, but this guy drives me f'n nuts at times. Listening to him during his press conferences are absolutely brutal to my ears. They usually go something like this..."uhhh were gonna take and watch the film andddd put into context and study it from umm different angles and then were gonna acess the different situations and make a decision whats best for the team."....God damn I cant take this guy's people skills much longer. And not to mention everything is a god damn secret!! (ie..starting QB)
