Sure are lettin Texas get away with quittttte a bit of hand checking and reaching on the ball this 2nd half. Good man to man defense is fine...but Hightower usually doesnt let all this hand checking go

Texas is freakin good...that's all I'll say about them.
Even though MSU lost, they showed me a lot...they are a lot better than I thought. They'll be a #1 seed, imo.

Both of these teams are talented and deep.
I think Damion James has vaulted himself into POY consideration. He had 25 and 15 versus UNC and 23 and 13 versus Michigan State.

I don't think MSU gets a #1 seed now..SportsAndLady wrote: Texas is freakin good...that's all I'll say about them.

#1's will be KU, UT, Syracuse, UK and possibly Duke if Cuse slips up...
MSU will be a #2, but of course they could finish strong and others drop a bit..
I still stand by my statement that Texas is the best team in the country.

I agree that Texas, right now, is the best team in the country...and that's saying a lot considering i'm a KU fan.
Kansas has just looked like they're going through the motions so far this season, and Texas has looked dominant.
However...by the end of the season, KU will be the best team in the country.

I don't agree with that, but we'll find out!
Texas just looks like they have 'it' this season.

I agree. After watching Texas vs UNC, Texas really impressed me. They are big, talented, athletic and deep! I have always liked Rick Barns and think he has done a great job at Texas, and doesn't get enough credit. This is his best team to date.pbuck wrote: Texas is unreal on defense I feel right now they are the best team in the country
MSU...they are what I thought they were goign to be. They miss Suton and Walton as I thought they would. And Lucas struggles against players who are able to match up with his quickness. Still very good....but not a top 5 team like many thought they were going into the season.

They gave up 90 against UNC. I think you mean they're unreal on offense and I can't wait to watch the Kansas/Texas gamepbuck wrote: Texas is unreal on defense I feel right now they are the best team in the country

Um, giving up 90 to UNC is never nothing to be criticized about. UNC has the ability to score 90 on anybody.Classyposter58 wrote:They gave up 90 against UNC. Their defense is very good, as is their inside presence. Texas is legit.

Giving up 90 isn't as bad as it looks when you score over 100. In a game like that, there are so many possessions, that unless the other team is just bad, they are going to score some points. Its the nature of how a game like that is played.Classyposter58 wrote:They gave up 90 against UNC.
