Matches start Thursday. Amanda Clearcreek, Teays Valley, and Bloom Carroll @Amanda. Probably determine league champs right away and the bulldogs get to be the sacrificial lamb, AGAIN.

I always wish they would have a full team just so we could see what happens. Coach Ankrum does a great job with the kids he has and I think could do great things with a full team. I honestly dont think Ive ever seen a full squad for the bulldogs!

I think BC will.win a handful of matches in both duals. There could be a few individual league titles on the line...113, 120, 126, 170. Between the three teams there are probably 8-9 league champs wtestling. Should be a fun night of wrestling.

This week is BC / TV at AC ... Cv vs HT ... That leaves LE ... FU ... CW somewhere.

Teays Valley lost to AC,
beat BC, LE, CV last night TV defeated CV 37-33

IMHO of course.
Heck I may even take Fearnow(AC) over Davis(CV)

Fullen doesn't beat Dilly. I take Collins and Davis over White and Fearnow actually though. I was pretty impressed by the Davis kid at 160 from circleville. I think Circlevilles 152 gives Horn a run for his money too.

I think these will be good matches but I don't think the Cv 152 will be able to do much with Horn but you never know good luck to both teams and may both end up healthy.

HT's Ray at 152 is 5-0. That's a wrap on that weight class right?

Fullen was beaten by dilly at LE tourney by a point. Griffin has given Horn fits the last two times they have wrestled. Griffin was winning late in third period and the two matches have been decided by 3 points. Should be another fun match. I believe Davis has beaten Fearnow 3 times this year.
AC is once again a handful! I believe CV and AC both host State Duals on Wed. Hope both teams stay healthy and are at full strength.

Wow did not know that about Horn & Griffin sounds like it will be a good match I just heard that Horn was really stepping it up and making big gains.


The MSL teams will be picked on Sunday the 10th so it won't be long to find out looks like if Circleville wins Thursday it will be a 3 way tie in the Buckeye or outright if Amanda wins I guess the Vikings will be big fans for a night Brad good luck.

That would be pretty sweet to have a D2 and D3 Regional Champion teams meet head to head in league action!

So there is usually a thread with an over/under of how many MSL Buckeye Wrestlers will be heading to state this year.

I'll start and say 14 will make it this year.

I checked old threads ... 2011 - 12; 2012 - 13; 2013 - 14 would continue the upward trend.

I believe 14 is a good basis of it. I would like to see more to know every year it is n getting better.
