Anyone else pretty pumped for this new series? About Russian spies in America during the Cold War. Looks pretty good and I still give FX a chance on most shows.

Wednesday the 30th. I'll be honest, I thought the first teasers were better; like with the computer screen Rise Comrades thing, or the American flag waving and flipping over to the Soviet flag. The actual previews aren't as interesting I guess, but I am still anxious for this series to start

It's an FX series so I'll give it a shot but I'm only mildly interested right now.

SInce it is on FX it has a chance of being pretty good. If it were on network TV I wouldnt give it one second of my time.

It looks interesting.

Interested as well but think it will develop into one of those romance stories that chicks read with Fabio on the cover.

Yeah, I liked the early teasers but after seeing an actual preview I wasn't overly impressed. I might give it a shot just because it's on FX.

Might see some side boobage, or her ass. FX does get more graphic then other basic cable channels.

This show is just awesome. Tied with GoT for best show on tv (not going to choose because they are such different shows). Last several weeks have just been as good of writing and acting I've seen on any show.

I loved the first season. I completely missed the 2nd season, and now I have all of the eps from the 3rd season on my DVR...just taunting me until I can get through a binge on Amazon Prime.

2nd season was not as good as the other two, but things are getting crazy now.

Supposedly '82/'83 in the show....So 6-7 years until the Berlin Wall comes down, and a few more until the collapse of the USSR. No idea what direction the show will go, or if they even "make it" that far. Will certainly be interesting to see how they evolve as things in the USSR start falling apart.

Just finished last night's episode. It will be interesting to see how Paige handles all this.

It just got renewed for season 4.

Yeah, that part was pretty intense.

I'm curious to see how this plays out. Are they going to show her pictures that they have from Russia? When they send communications back and forth between Elizabeth's mom, is Paige going to be a part of it now? I'm anxious to see how they go about telling her that they want her to be a part of it (or at least the Center wants her to be a part of it)

On a side note, I was watching Allegiance on NBC, and I think they just moved way too fast. In the 3rd episode, they tell their son what's going on. It's taken the Americans 3 years to do so. I had hopes for that show, but it was just a little off.

Tuned in for about 5 minutes last night, and it was at that time they told her. They have been debating it for awhile now.

Whether it's true or not, the Centre has said it wants 2nd generation like Paige to be double agents working in the CIA, FBI and high levels of govt.

And their "prototype" murdered his parents. So program needs some work.

That was the friends of theirs wasn't it? Didn't he kill them in the hotel room? I forget what happened to him after that. I know Elizabeth got him to a safe house or something.

I forget, but I think he killed his handler at the safe house and then Elizabeth killed him when he started shooting at her.

Interesting theory I saw from one of the critics is that Martha is trying to catch and expose Philip. I don't really see it, but the writers chose to keep her alive for something.

I was also thinking what ever happened with Stan? In season one, I think he suspected them of something....but now he doesn't even do a double take on the sketch of Elizabeth beating down the two agents.
