I banned him again. At any point does his "permanent ban" get reversed? Or has he just had too many chances far as posting his sexual gifs and pictures go?

I don't know for sure, but I think he might be in the "too much hassle" category because he's gotten at least 2 suspensions for posting that stuff beforehand and I thought I recalled Justin saying that he was totally banned after the last one as 2cool.

Okay, well as long as you other mods point out whenever he pokes his head up I have no problem banning his new names. I also ban him when I notice, I just don't check everyone's IP addresses all the time.
