I was out looking for a Conceal and Carry weapon for my wife and daughter (she lives in Chicago). She is getting a weapon for her apartment and something to put in her bug out bag. We don't care about Chicago laws, we care about safety/ self protection and our 2nd Amendment rights

After some research and a fan of Sig this is a great, easy and dependable weapon for a woman to carry and use. I like it also and may carry it sometimes.
Small, light weight, easy to pull on the rail, safety lock, good trigger pull … nice weapon

Sig P238 we would get it without the laser

If Belly and or the Belly family never encounters what is perceived as danger at the hands of another human being or animal, it would seem that there would be no reason for it to bite him in the ass. Wouldn't a person desire a lack of such an encounter for his fellow man?

If the action itself can be carried out responsibly in a legal vacuum, then yes, an action can be carried out responsibly, regardless of law.

Now, whether or not it is ETHICAL is another matter, and that's a fair point of contention.

In any case, for this to "bite him in the ass," wouldn't that necessitate some sort of misfortune even aside from the trouble he might get in? Gun in the hands of a thief or his family in danger ... neither of those are things I can say that I "can't wait" for, regardless of the fallout.

That was all I meant by that.
