So, I won the survivor league this year (cool $700).

Our place though starts it back up and if the 2nd one isn't over by playoff time, you keep going (with only 8 teams to choose from).

Same rules still apply, if you already chose a team in the regular season they can not be used (in other words, choices do not reset because of the playoffs).

9 guys left from 70, so I am looking to win another $700.

My best teams left for this first playoff week is Houston over CIN or Baltimore over IND.

My other teams available are Washington and Cincinnati (neither are favorites).

I am leaning toward Baltimore since Houston has not been great lately and CIN has been playing well. Throw in "win one for Lewis" emotion at Baltimore and that's my reasoning.

Would you guys make a different choice from those 4 total options (HOU, CIN, BAL, and WAS). I have already used GB, MIN, IND, and SEA.

I need this week as next week I have all 4 of the teams that got a bye available to pick from.

I would go with Baltimore. I think that is the most solid choice. Hou/Cin could go either way and Wash very easily could get beat by Seattle.

What happens if a person doesnt have a team left to pick?

It's really impressive that you picked 17 games already and still have 8/12 playoff teams remaining. I would agree with taking Baltimore.

It has only been since week 8. I won the first one in the first 7 weeks. Then everyone put another $10 in and started again with fresh teams.

So 10 weeks and yes, in those 10 weeks I had a huge feeling it would go into the playoffs so each week I would pick any team that was at least a TD favorite but was not going to make the playoffs. Some weeks there were no such teams and I had to pick a playoff team to "survive".

I am most definitely in the best position as most of the other 9 guys only have teams like Cincy and Minny left, teams that are underdogs.
