I've already lost 10 lbs. Want to lose 30 more then bulk back up the right way. 20 is probably more realistic. It's a goal, not a douchey resolution.

Yes!
I just hate resolutions. Just something for people to say they're gonna do then never do it.

You don't need a special day to make a change for the better. I guess I just get annoyed at the people who talk but never do anything.

True, but the lowest scoring person in their class is still called a Doctor.

^^^^^ lol My is to drink more beer, eat better foods, and watch more football! The wife might not like these, but should make for a fun first month of 2013!

I actually started working out again last month, running a few miles, lifting several times a week, so no resolutions for me!

I'll lose some more weight. I'll start working out more.

Main priority is getting a full-time job.
