All I want is a schoolyard pick format. The top 2 fan vote receivers are captains and alternate picks between the remaining 22 guys(who will be selected using a combination of fan/coach/management voting) until you have two teams of 12. Think of the drama when Kobe picks Love before Gasol, or Lebron picks Westbrook before Wade.
