I suppose I can see that point of view...but I'm sure people just like him get released from prison all of the time. Method of killing is irrelevant. Method of killing is not irrelevant IMO. It takes a sick sick person to have to repeatedly beat someone to death with a blunt object. I agree. The system is what it is. It wouldn't shock me if he plead insanity and got shot down, then they gave him the 30 years.
