I would wish that too but do you think sometimes it would be worse to go to prison for life? Like that little cocksucker Adam Lanza, it would be much more satisfying knowing he's taking it from Bubba regularly and whoever this human turd turns out to be, maybe they just axe one arm or leg off before he goes to prison for life.

The gunman had been convicted of killing his grandmother some 30 odd years ago.

Another mentally challenged guy with a gun who got it from his dead Mom? Who would figure that happening?

I think the biggest issue here is, how the fuck did a man who beat his grandma to death with a hammer get out of jail?

I was wondering that earlier.

Liberal ideas and cowardly Justise system ..... 30 years ago he should have been toasted in six weeks after the trial
If the Juditial system would follow the laws, maybe just maybe we would have less nut cases on the streets, less child molesters and less crime

Spelling aside Belly is 100% right on this one. How The Fuck does somebody get out of jail after killing their own grandmother with a hammer? ....read that again... with a hammer!

This twisted turd should have been executed 30 yrs ago and now two families will grieve every Christmas season for the rest of their lives because they will be remembering two heroes who thought they were rushing to help others but instead were walking into a trap set by a deranged psycho.

Whoever the state psychologist is that signed off on this one should be stripped of his / her credentials and sued the fuck out of.

He served his sentence and got released. If you want to blame someone, blame the "justise system" that put him in jail 30 years ago.

You were blaming the psychologist, who can't predict the future. Belly was just blaming the justise system like he always does.

The guy could've been completely fine (mentally) when he was released from prison. What if he took drugs and then did this? Would that change your opinion?

There's too many variables in acts like this. If you want to point the finger at anyone, it should be the perpetrator...not the justice system or psychologist or whoever.

There is no reason for someone who beat a 90 year old woman to death with a hammer should ever be released from prison. period

I suppose I can see that point of view...but I'm sure people just like him get released from prison all of the time. Method of killing is irrelevant. If you hop in a car drunk and kill someone you wouldn't get 30 years.

Method of killing is not irrelevant IMO. It takes a sick sick person to have to repeatedly beat someone to death with a blunt object. It's also very deliberate.

The law says otherwise.

I agree. The system is what it is. It wouldn't shock me if he plead insanity and got shot down, then they gave him the 30 years. It also wouldn't shock me if the maximum for a single murder in that state is 30 years (or was 30 years).

The state psychologist who would have had to sign off on this POS is a huge part of the justice system dickhead...so yeah I'm blaming the psychologist.

My God the past few days has seen the quota of numbskulls on the OC increase ten fold!
