FedEx delivers package in the morning, leaves it by the front door.
UPS delivers a package later in the afternoon, leaves it by the front door.
UPS comes back and steals the FedEx package.
What an asshole.

Is this someone that you know or do you search for nonsense like this in your spare time? The reason I ask? The video has less than 100 views.

By the way, WHAT A DICK!

Not a shock. UPS steals it's customers money on a daily basis. I ship alot of stuff, and find the post office and fed ex to be far more reasonable 9 times out of 10 than UPS, who always seems to have a bunch of surcharges none of the other carriers do.

YouTube views are cached. So this could have been picked up by reddit or some other site and gone viral and still show a very low number of views.

And yeah, total dick move.

Predictable. As soon as I made this thread, I knew that would be your response. And save us the "what? I didn't say anything BS".

UPS has a better billing system and user interface (both online and if you manifest your own packages) than FedEx. UPS and FedEx generally have the same surcharges but I've been out of the distribution industry for a few years now.

At least they are both better than DHL. They were absolutely terrible.

I wonder if he's actually a union UPS employee or one of the seasonal temp's. From turkey day to Xmas UPS has tons of temporary employees running packages from the truck to door steps, while the actual UPS driver (union employee) is organizing packages in the back of the truck for the next stop.

He stole the thing because it was an Ipad just sitting there. I'll bet you 1 out of 4 poor people (and plenty of not-so-poor people) on the street would do the same thing. Most of them would just think they're stealing from FedEx or Apple and not the homeowner (a "victimless" crime)

Sucks for the owner. I can see a house on a quiet street you might leave the waiver to just drop it. Although he apparently gets enough packages that he sees a need to have a nanny-cam on his doorstep. In summary, the owner is a dumb ass.

So the owner works during the hours they deliver and can't be home, so that makes him a dumbass? That's retarded. Smh.

No....He waived the signature for delivery (they try again, and then give you the option for pick-up in a local office), in an area he apparently felt the need for a nanny cam. That's why he's retarded.

Yeah, because I'm sure he thought the UPS guy was gonna steal his shit. Maybe the homeowner is handicapped and just needs the camera to make it easier for him to see who is at the door when he's home? You're assuming the cam is there for his deliveries. Perhaps he has cameras set up all over his property.

Yep, he's a dumbass because he left a valuable item just laying on his doorstep for someone to take. You need to see who's at the door there's a thing called a window - half the time the door is going to be closer than your computer to check the nanny cam so I'd bet money it's there for security.

Again, you have no clue why he had a security camera there, so to make that assumption is just dumb.
