I don't see what the big deal is. It shouldn't be a problem if you don't have anything to hide. And had they not been LITTERING in the first place they never would have been pulled over. </sarcasm>

So, if an officer has provided no evidence, and is just speculating, you wouldn't mind an officer messing with your junk and ass since you don't have anything to hide. I find that hard to believe.

You know how many people throw cigs out the window on the freeway right in front of the cops and don't have anything happen. I could see the search if he found they had prior drug offenses but, it sounds like they had never been in trouble before. I also didn't see anything that I would call acting weird like the officer said made him do the searches. If a cop can just say someone is acting weird to do a cavity search were all in trouble.
