Lol. I'd put money on the fact that many people benefitted from it, that truly didn't need it. Good deed, but free riders benefit again.

At least the free ride came from somebody who CHOSE to spend his/her money as he/she pleased. Wouldn't be surprised in the near future if the government starts doing these type of things though.
