I got this one last Christmas. Phillips Norelco. It's great as long as I don't go more than 2 or 3 days without using it.

Is it only a wet shave, or can you do a dry shave as well?

Same here. That razor will fuck my neck up on Monday mornings. Other than that, I love it.

just as an FYI, be sure to clean the blades regularly and replace...like a brand new razor when you replace the cutter

Also, I tend to find a good electric razor is easier on my neck than a blade

Can't stand blades. I've used electric for as long as I can remember. Much easier.

I use both. Dry shave with electric, then follow up with blade.

Hate electric. Hell I hate shaving period, so I stopped. Just trim it with my hair clippers so I have a permanent 5 o clock shadow.

Yup but I've just used the same blade for 5 years and sharpen it with rocks.

This is pretty much what I do. My hair clippers came with a little trimmer and that's what I use on my face.

Weird. I do the opposite. I can't get my neck clean with a blade (without getting serious razor burn), so I usually follow-up with the electric.

I'll probably make my way to that eventually. Don't want to spend anymore money getting a razor a strop right now though so the double edge it is.

Make sure you get one wih the three circle blades and not like the Braun you had. I usually by a mid range one every other year. If you get razor burn by a product called cool face it pretty much eliminates it
