Thugs.The "penalty" for this (http://bit.ly/TM3IaY ) was a reduction of the next year's media guide to 204 pages (2-for-1).

They were just trying to apply over-signing procedures to the media guide. But the editor forgot to make the cuts on the pages not performing up to expectations.
