Ridiculous.

Any OCers have their own man cave? I'm working on putting mine together at the moment. I have two rooms on our third floor that I am turning into my space since we don't have a finished (or finishable) basement. Post pics if you've got 'em.

I can't stop looking at pictures of basements on that site. It makes me sad to know that unless i win the lottery I'll never have a home like that ha.

Try getting a degree at Ohio State. It's like winning the lottery, but you can sleep at night knowing you earned it.

I wouldn't care if i earned the money or not and I would have no problem telling people it was from the lottery ha.

Anyways - the mancaves and basements on that site are fucking amazing.

My basement has a sectional, mounted tv, and a beer fridge with a mini keg tap. Nothing like those but it does the trick.

The guy that owns that place never lifted a single tool to get it looking like that - not a real man's cave.

No way. Tiernan built a nicer garage by hand. He also built his own Ferrari.

How does that qualify as a man cave without a big screen, couches and a beer tap?

I kind of agree with Tiernan. That's not so much a man cave as a "look how much cash I wasted" cave.

I assume the ferrari makes up for that. It's more an ultimate garage than man cave.

Indeed. That's why I added the "/Garage." They called it a man cave but it is more of just a garage. Would be pretty easy to convert to a man cave. The loft space already has a bar. Just throw a tv on the wall and a nice leather sectional and you're good to go. Add some sport memorabilia to the wall for good measure.

Sweet couch for a video game nerds man cave.

Looks like it wouldn't be too difficult to build yourself if you had decent woodworking skills. A few sheets of plywood, some high density foam, leather, and a lot of time.

A true man cave should have some sweat equity in it.

The lack of Beer Cellars for a man cave make that site a joke. Need a beer cave.

I have a closet. Its big, I have tools in it, and my beers. I'm looking into getting a chair that fits in there and an outlet for TV.

No man cave should EVER house an electric car (unless it's an electric golf cart for hauling beer and tools).
