Hmm, talk is Leftwich will be out, too.

If so it's Batch, and whatever schlub they sign off the street. Batch knows their offense well (he's been their backup forever), but does he have it any more? With our D-line playing well in Dallas, I expect a lot of pressure against whoever is back there while Pittsburgh mainly attempts to run the ball to keep their QB healthy.

I don't see a giant Steelers contingent this week, even with the Browns fans willingly selling their tickets. Steelers fans know their season is circling the drain and probably don't want to witness them lose. The bandwagon will get quite roomy after next week.

I actually felt bad for Skrine. I can't remember the last time I saw a DB get picked on like that and totally meltdown.
bademosi and wade were out there in ot

Expect to see a big steelers showing there, no doubt about that. Most woulda bought tix before BR and BL getting hurt, plus the browns are 2-8....their fans are unloading tix as I have been bombarded with people I know with Browns tix asking if I wanna go up there. Doubt I will, i hate going to Cleveland..even though its a bit closer than when I drive to Pittsburgh it just is a crappy drive and seems to take forever.

They will probably sign Seneca Wallace off the street and he'll beat us.

Lol. If that's what you need to feel better about your team, I won't take it away from you.

Although anything can happen, Pittsburgh held the Baltimore offense in check so I expect them to do the same against Cleveland.

Contain the run and get pressure on Weeden early and often and Cleveland will fold.

If Ben is out I like the Browns to win 18-17. If Ben is in there I think the Steelers win 20-18.

Crowd will probably be 65/35 Browns fans.

Even with Pittsburgh's offense in the dumpster....we still have to score on that defense....not going to happen.

Pittsburgh 14
Phil Dawson 9

Not liking the Steelers chances with Batch or the injured arm Leftwich. I think Dwyer would've won the Ravens game but Mendenhall got as many carries and he sucks.

Went deep to Wallace once and scored a TD 40 seconds later....didn't try again...didn't score any more TD

My hopes.....

* Dwyer gets 75% of the carries
* Wallace gets 3 attempts deep
* turnover battle and special teams even

Hopefully the career ruiner Jeff Triplette will be doing the game and we can all be screwed.

This.

Also, the AFC isn't exactly great this season. The Steelers are still in the last Wild Card spot and are one game ahead of a Cincy team that they are 1-0 against and the Chargers are two games back. Pittsburgh, barring a major collapse, is still in good position for a Wild Card.

I am concerned about the game this week....mainly due to the fact that the Steelers are down to their 3rd string QB and the backup for this game will be somebody off the street. I still think it's winnable even though the Browns aren't quite as bad as they usually are.

Just received a alert on my phone that said Plaxico is expected to meet with the Steelers and take a physical. Now if they can find someone to get the ball to him.

Right now.....I love the possible peaking of this Steelers team. I'll feel even better if we can beat Cleveland and I don't care how ugly/lucky it is...just win.

Games #13-#16 are the ones I'm banking on. Ben should be at least 75%.....Brown should be 80+%.....best case scenario we beat Cleveland or Baltimore and the Bengals/Jets/Chargers/Colts all have losses in those 2 weeks and don't gain any ground.

I'd love to sit Ben and Antonio until game #15.....but it's unlikely our QB, offensive coordinator and lack of forced turnovers can make that happen.

If healthy I love this team's chance in the playoffs....but of course we'll be the 6 and Denver the 3 and Clark and Polamalu will be out and we'll lose 31-9

How interesting this game as got. If we lose to Charlie fucking batch, I'm just going to lose it. Thats all I really have right now. It definitely favors the Browns if Batch plays thats favors a very close game, if we can win that which remains to be seen.

Reading thru most threads on the Browns it seems most of you are very happy with Richardson. The 4 games I've watched he's been a bruiser in there. Statistically he's an unimpressive 3.7 yards per carry.....is that taken down by Shurmur's shitty play calling or are his numbers not quite as good as his play?

He's a thousand....but he's been decent in these scenarios over the years.

playcalling is awful. He has been dinged up too...hopefully he doesn't turn out to be injured all the time

I figured he had 10 runs a game that all 11 on defense knew was coming.

lol go to the game, if we lose we will stay downtown and get slammed to drink away our sorrows of our shitty Browns, or we win, and we party in Cleveland. I know a few managers in some clubs in downtown.

Your fans have bitched aplenty on here.

I vow to acknowledge the shitty calls to help the Steelers as much as I bitch about them hurting the Steelers.

I can sit here now and say if the Browns win then God Damnit the Steelers should've played better....but when the Phil Ludwigs make that ridiculous call at the worst time.....I have to vent the frustration somewhere...either scream like an idiot for 30 seconds in the house to solidify the world's worst parent/husband or bitch a bit so like_that can use the word "every"

I suppose I could walk on the treadmill the whole first 3 quarters and jog until the end of the game.

Gotta have an outlet for the Triplette's
