Stable may not be the best word but the 5 coaches that get it done more often than not, get the most out of their players and probably the furthest from the chopping block.
1. Bill Belichick
2. John Harbaugh
3. Mike Tomlin
4. Jim Harbaugh
5. Mike McCarthy
Tom Coughlin should be but his teams are so inconsistent and he's been on the edge of the chopping block about 4 of the past 5 years...but he definitely gets it done....being in NY hurts him here.
Mike Smith...needs to do it in the playoffs
Jon Fox....very stable right now, needs to do it for years
Sean Payton was top 5

With what the Texans have Kubiak is getting into the talk....once he does it in the playoffs.

You have to think the Turner has some dirt or something on AJ Smith. There is no way Turner should still be coaching that team.

His career resume is laughable....the guy is a multi-retread that never gets it done with very formidable teams....Marty goes 14-2 and gets canned because they lost in the playoffs.
