So Obama compared American Nationalism today in a speech to hate rhetoric and anti-globalism.

So to Obama, being proud of and rooting for Merica is bad.

So tired of libtards labeling everything they disagree with as racism/hate. Intellectually lazy rhetoric from a guy who is supposed to be a lot smarter than that.

Funny thing is, Trump's economic nationalism is just the prior Democratic platform from 15-20 years ago (before they shifted to identity politics).

Former First Lady Michelle Obama said that many people "don't trust politics" because the Republican Party is “all men, all white.”
Speaking about diversity at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women on Tuesday, ....

You can't make this stuff up .................yet all the feminazis were no doubt nodding

The Obama's have always been about identity politics and divisive. I was even more glad to see him out of the office than I was Bush Jr.
Michelle Obama should know better, at this point, to push that tomfuckery and I don't even know why she's continuing to propogate it.

Probably because there are whispers of her getting into politics. Given the current state of the Democratic party, they might be outright begging her to run. Especially when you consider Hillary is damaged goods and Bill ain't looking too healthy these days.

Also, the working theory is Obama intends to continue behind the scenes and become a sort of "king-maker". His campaign machine was highly effective and technologically very advanced, and curiously it wasn't available, as was tradition, to Hillary nor other Dems running for House and Senate. So that's where the idea came from that he's keeping it close in order to profit and/or pull strings.

Could end up being as asinine and haunting a comment as Hillary's deplorables.

Well... we are talking about the woman who said that when her and President Obama left the White House, all hope left with them.

Major, HUGE, visions of grandeur that they have about themselves.

Well....what makes up most of the R party, especially in Congress? White dudes.
Sure, there are women, but they are white women.

I mean if you just look at the diversity breakdown of the two parties, technically, she is right.
But, the comments that the reason people don't trust politics is wrong. People don't like politics because both sides talk out their own ass and only care about taking and keeping power.

Why do you think that this is?

Black republicans and/or conservatives are attacked at every level as being "coons" or "Uncle Tom's" or "traitors" or "House Negroes" every time they stand up for their beliefs and political leanings. Some of the names that are thrown at people like Larry Elder, Sheriff Clarke and even Jason Whitlock are despicable every single time they don't fall into lockstep with the democrats. We have all seen instances where this has happened on CNN, for an example; they are mocked and denigrated as being silly and an oddity. It has been this way for decades and decades.
So yeah, you're not going to see too many of them in the political spotlight when they're already treated as such just for speaking their ideas online in places like youtube.

If dems want to see more black people on the national stage that are republican, then they need to start closely inspecting the true views within their own party. Because it's either that or force quotas. Which do you think will be more likely out of those two?

I would contend that about half the republican party is female. Mooochelle just stepped in dog doodoo.

I'm not sure. I think it needs to be a large part of internal discussions between African Americans.
I was just saying in terms of pure make up, the D is more diverse than the R.
I'd agree that the Ds and especially portions of the progressive left Ds just rail against people that they think should be under their camp.

Yet zero of them are any where close to leadership positions. They were also shutout of the health care discussion in the Senate.

I'm pretty sure. We'll see affirmative action put in place when it comes to filling slots before the dems practice what they preach.

She said the republican party is all men, all white.

That is a lie, by exponential magnitude.

But it plays well with the media, intellectual elites, and many other liberals.
