Cops asks kids to wash his patrol car. One kids says he doesn't want to. Cop points taser at him and says "Let me show you what happens to people who do not listen to the police." Kid gets 50,000 volts.

Clearly he wasn't. He claims it was an accident, says he thought the cartridge had been removed. I believe him, it would be ridiculous to think he actually wanted to taze the kid. But, it was still absolutely ridiculous to point your gun at a kid, even jokingly. He should lose his job and the lawsuit.

Even though he may have been joking and I'm sure he didn't mean to actually tase the kid this shows an authority problem that the officer has. Also a stupidity problem. Dude should be fired, if the family wants to sue they should win, yada yada yada.
