Oh? I personally don't care for Speilman. I think that he has done some great things, but I also think that he loves to hear himself talk, and has an incredibly inflated sense of self importance.

Greatness isnt determined by just what you did on the field. But those who have never actually ever been on the field have a hard time understanding that.

Maybe not the smoothest guy behind the camera but CS has been a leader on & off the field since the first day he put himself in the game his Fr year when he saw the guy in front of him not getting the job done.
