Is there a man-rule for having personalized fleeces made?
Just Government positions?

Been listening to Chris Christie and noticed his fleece. Wasn't sure if the general public was allowed to wear these or only Government employees.

If the fleece is presented as a gift for a coaching position or is part of the "uniform," then I see no problem.
However, I would be reluctant to wear my name and job title on a fleece in any other capacity.
