Nexus 4 comes out soon, seems pretty sweet.

what's your provider?

also, if you are only picking between those two, get the S3 because the note is too fucking big.

Verizon.

I figured the S3 is already big, might as well get the big fucker?

The S3 is big, but the note is obnoxiously big.

Indeed. I like the multi-tasking that allows though. And as I thought about it, I only have it in my pocket when I walk, and I could slip it on my back pocket if I wanted. Just thinking out loud.

I'll look at the Nexus 4 too, but then I'd have to change this thread. Thanks a lot dlazz.

The OS on the two is probably pretty identical

Get a flip phone. Smart phones are a waste of money.

Probably. Does the S3 do the multiple apps on the screen at once? Have to check into that.

I like the advice one person had on one of the videos. They said if you do a lot of talking, get the S3. If you are more into apps and texting, get the Note. I hate talking.

I don't know. The whole size thing is a big turnoff for me. You will look like a moron lugging it around, Imo.

I've got the dimensions drawn out on paper. I doubt anyone would notice.

But to be fair, I do wonder if it's too big. Might just have to visit the Verizon store and look at the Galaxy 1.

Go with the Note II. If its good enough for LeBron, its good enough for you.

Unless you're really into the stylus/note thing, I'd get the SG3. The note is huge. Don't know if it matters to you, but the note also lacks adobe flash.

Why is that? The both run jelly bean, no?

Adobe Flash is not compatible with Jelly Bean..so I don't know what that previous poster was trying to get at. Unless Sammy specifically coded Flash for that device, his statement is incorrect.

I had the original note and it was cool for awhile. It's just too big though. I switched to the S3 and absolutely love it. Best phone I've ever owned.

Yeah, I think I'd be the same. Once the cool new features that I never use wear off, I'd just have an oversized phone.

I love the S3, but a lot of people are bitching about reception on it.

My sister had to return hers, but she lives in an iffy area (rural). She got an iPhone and she is ok now. If you live in a good coverage area...it probably wouldn't affect you
