This team reminds me of Ohio st of 2002. Even though Ohio state had a better team and defense but the way they both played down to there opponents

Now I can drink for a happy reason. Maybe this will teach them to take care of business against the bum schools.

Pretty sad the refs had to help ND with the comeback. Horrible PI on 4th down changed the game.

They'll go undefeated and deservedly so get shut out of NC game. Doesn't matter that they won or lost this game.

I thought the same thing.....every undefeated team needs some luck along the way, unless, of course, you're Alabama

Notre Dame would probably get beat handedly by Alabama or Oregon (not sure about K-State), but I think it's pretty cool to see the school back in the national spotlight this late the year. As just a fan of the sport with no dog in the fight, it would be pretty neat to see the Irish play for a national championship, I must say. One of those chilling moments in sports, like when Boston finally reversed the curse. I am sure there are many here who would disagree. But congrats to fans of ND.

Depends how they do against USC.
Right now Oregon is looking just sick, up 21-3 early 2nd.

I don't know what's better. The actual win or the fact a bunch of people on this thread suddenly can't run off at the mouth like they thought they would be doing tonight. I think it's the latter. So yea, we got a call or they didn't get a call or blah blah blah. Doesn't change the fact we're still undefeated and unlike some will actually get something in january for that effort. Might very well be a loss, but we won't be sitting home.

That was a bad call (also Mayock'd), but it didn't cause the missed 33 yarder to win it--he gagged, plain and simple.

This almost had that feel like that Purdue game in 02. That 4th and 1 pass to Jenkins deep was the most gutsiest calls I've ever seen

ND's kicker is the luckiest player in the nation. He's been pretty horrible this year and could have cost us 2 games and they keep saving his scholarship.

Or how about you just enjoy the win? Or is gloating the only thing enjoyable about winning in 3 OT vs Pitt?

I don't go on other team's threads and stir the shit. When people come onto this thread to do it, then get the shit shoved down their throats when we pull out a W, they get what they get.
