Does that sound like someone who had this "locked" or has the momentum?

Dude. Campaigns aren't free even when it's clear that victory is at hand.

Seriously though believer.....

If he has te election as in the bag as some here think.....why would he need to ask for more money...after he himself said they are on pace to have their biggest money month ever

Romney needs the money cause he actually pays the towns for security when he visits, unlike Obama who lets the taxpayers deal with it.

I guess you didn't get the email the other day where Obama was begging for money - even just $5. I mean, you try really, really hard to convince peope Romney is going to lose. Like I said, you're wasting your time here. Note that no one saw fit to mention it until you brought this up, as if it means something.

Both of which have me a little confused because I thought I heard ad spots in the key swing states were all sod out.

Ding ding ding..we have a winner. Unlike Romney....the president's campaign has not been paying his bills...and actually has outstanding claims from 2008!

...and we could go on and on. Town after town is stuck with huge bills...bills that the middle class taxpayers will be stuck with.
Give Ohio State some credit for catching on....they required his campaign to pay $200K upfront on his recent visit.

Now do you think he really wants to make 'trust' an issue?

I'll tell you what Ty Webb has almost convinced me to ditch Gary Johnson and vote for Romney. Can't stand 4 more years of the blind Obama nuthuggery.

Last time I checked. "as Commander in Chief" President Obama has raised and spent a bunch more than Mr. Romney.

It seems crazy to me that $150M (if that chart is right) wouldn't be enough for Romney in the last 12 days.

Of course, both are helping (I think) with money for key House & Senate races.

Who other than Gibby and Quaker Oats has said this thing is locked up for either candidate?

I am sure gibby will answer this question. /sarcasm

I'm a registered independent. I am truly a Republician but I like the power to vote in either primary. I haven't got any emails asking for money for the Romney campaign but I did get hit with the just 5$ dollars eamils this week. According to Ty Obama must be losing.

By the way, if Obama's campaign really is strapped for cash, then I hope Romney makes sure his campaign pays back all the money the taxpayer is currently floating for his campaign blitz the last week (as in, AF1 burns $70k just in fuel every hour). Would be a fitting slap to the face for a guy running a campaign that is beneath the office.

BTW, one of my friends (super gay, super liberal Obama nuthugger) posted this on facebook last week. He donated after the last debate, I think, and then received an email the next day begging for more money.
