The story of Bluffton University baseball and specifically former player (and alum) Tim Berta. Powerful video. It was televised tonight.

My future sister-in-law is a physical therapy student at UT and was at UTMC for part of them the time he was there. It was definitely a grueling recovery, and as you can see in the video, he is far from being back to "normal".

Congrats!

I watched this and it truly was an extraordinary and inspirational story. Glad to see that Lourdes is giving him a chance to be around the sport that he loves.

NWO has received some love from ESPN the past two weeks. Last week on E:60 they had a story on a female Lexington HS CC runner who lost part of her vision in Junior High and now runs with a guide dog.

They aren't actually engaged yet...it's just a foregone conclusion haha. My brother just told her yesterday that Discover has a special 2% cash back promo coming up and he should buy her ring then. So romantic.
