To me this just continues to show what a lot of people already know what is true. Kobe is more concerned about an individual over the team. How is the team making the right choice and essentially benching a star in a situation that he struggles a bit for a player who should and does perform better in that instance bad for the team? The team won because of the move, which is typically great for chemistry. Stubbornly sticking with stars because they are stars is bad for the team.I don't like that. That's not good for the chemistry of the team. I'm going to have to call A-rod.
It all goes back to the old saying. There is no "I" in Team. I don't think Kobe every truly learned that lesson.
