The company is the second-largest privately owned telemarketing company, per Ohio.com, and yesterday, the CEO for the last eight years, Carl Albright, apparently stepped aside in order for the founder's son, Craig Taylor, to take the reigns.

Having worked there for a year and a half, I remember that the long-term plan since Carl took the position was to eventually have him pass the reigns to Craig. I just thought it might be when Craig was at least in his 30s. It was weird going into meetings as a 27-year old, myself, and sitting at the table with the Executive Vice President, who was only 25, at the time.

Craig's probably already a millionaire in real life. I don't know if that's sleeper, but I can personally attest to this guy being a sharp guy and making huge money.

They're privately owned. From the article:
"He replaces Carl Albright, who became president in 2004 when InfoCision founder Gary Taylor semi-retired. At that time, Albright began running the day-to-day operations of the nation’s second-largest privately held teleservices firm."

His dad was the founder, and since the Taylor family is majority owner, you knew it would happen.

Yeah, I saw that. Honestly, a lot of these watchdog organizations are using a stupid metric of evaluation for a company who fundraises (percentage of every dollar that goes directly to the cause), but most people don't really think that through, so anyone who delivers a percentage that isn't high is vilified.

I didn't like working there, but it was more the lack of ethical quality in the clients (the non-profit organizations) than InfoCision.
