The company is the second-largest privately owned telemarketing company, per Ohio.com, and yesterday, the CEO for the last eight years, Carl Albright, apparently stepped aside in order for the founder's son, Craig Taylor, to take the reigns.
Having worked there for a year and a half, I remember that the long-term plan since Carl took the position was to eventually have him pass the reigns to Craig. I just thought it might be when Craig was at least in his 30s. It was weird going into meetings as a 27-year old, myself, and sitting at the table with the Executive Vice President, who was only 25, at the time.
