And I'm not just talking halloween candy here! (But I do love Crunch bars! Pay Days, too. But, in the end, those little Kit-Kat bars, and one-bite Peanut Butter cups always do me in.)

Here are the top 13 as they stand entering Week 7’s Football Friday Night, along with their next 3 opponents. I’m not sure who drops, who moves up, who makes it in the end, but I am sure that it won’t end like this. And that’s (partly) why we love it so!!!
  1. Dublin Coffman: 7-0 (vWL, @OL, vUA)
  2. Olentangy: 6-1 (vWM, @MV, vDH)
  3. Pickerington North: 7-0 (@GM, vGL, @GC)
  4. Hilliard Darby: 7-0 (vDS, vWC, @HB)
  5. Dublin Scioto: 6-1 (@HD, vHB, @WK)
  6. Westerville Central: 6-1 (vWS, @HD, vDJ)
  7. Pickerington Central: 4-2 (@N, vGM, @GL)
  8. Gahanna-Lincoln: 6-1 (@GC, @PN, vPC)
  9. St Charles: 4-2 (vKings, vWatterson, @Marion Harding)
  10. Westerville South: 5-2 (@WC, @DJ, vWN)
  11. Reynoldsburg: 4-3 (@L, vN, @GM)
  12. Olentangy Liberty: 6-1 (vHDav, vDC, @TW)
  13. Hilliard Davidson: 5-2 (@OL, vTW, @M)

HUGE, HUGE, HUGE!!! week 7 games - IMO -

#1) Westerville South @ Westerville Central. For WS, sitting at #10 is not a good position in three weeks. But, a win this week, followed by wins @ DJ, makes the final home game doubly sweet! A sweep within the city of Westerville, and, one would have to think, a playoff berth, no!?!?!

#2) Dublin Scioto @ Hilliard Darby. If nothing more than the fact that is a (current) 4/5 match-up! I think Darby has a little more room for error but neither team has much. Both have HB remaining. And I think I’d rather have WK going into wk10 than I would a cross-town rival. Especially if there are any marbles on the line!

#3) Hilliard Davidson @ Olentangy Liberty. For the Patriots own sake, they need a win this week. It certainly doesn’t guarantee them a spot, but I think a loss dooms them to be an “outside looking in” type of team. The likelihood of them beating Coffman is slim, but the great news is, that’s why you play the game.

We’ll see how things look next week after another round of games! Best of luck to the teams still in the hunt!

One of the best games, despite the one sided officiating, I've ever seen.

Looking like Pick Central @ Pick North next weekend.

I think we will go get our first taste of Pickerington football.

Very proud of my old High School, Hilliard Darby, going undefeated for the first time in school history!
