No. He isnt even a good appraiser. The way he talks about traveling around so much, I wouldnt be surprised if he was blackballed in central OH

Appraisers are typically very tied to a specific market. He talks about traveling a lot (or used to) which typically means he has been blackballed from a market and is just taking "pool" jobs.
