I think Garnett is more pissy than dirty.

This is on Rondo...I hate to see such a player act like that. Get a grip man.

Potential for the Lakers offense is unreal. So many screens being set, so many mismatches and guys who are good passers.

But in all seriousness. You're right, they could be really good.

Nash on d going to cause serious issues though. Collison just goes by him at anytime. Other guys till end up taking fouls because of it.

They didn't. Brand started, not Curry.

Also, if they are going to fix the flopping they sure as hell need to stop listening to guys when they yell "HEY!" while trying for calls.. LeBron, Kobe and Gasol are the worst at it.

I know this is the first game of the season and eventually the Lakers will(should) be fine but wow this is pitiful.

I'm at that moment where you forget how much of a raging douchebag Lebron is until you see the Samsung Galaxy commercial.

Make sure you all watch Inside The NBA after the game. Chuck is playing "Who He Play For?". Should be great stuff.

Yeah LA actually looks horrible. It's obvious this team isn't even close to gelling yet. We saw this with Miami two years ago though. They were awful for 2 months and then woke up. Still not an ideal performance out of the Lakers but they'll get there

Lakers are soooo old. They will not make the playoffs. So painful to watch how aweful Nash is today. He can't guard and he can't even penetrate and dish anymore. A HOFer and he's now the worst point guard in the league. Gasol allowed 6-7 dunks right past him. I never realized how terrible he is on the defensive side until tonight. Kobe is a fossil, and has very little left in the tank. World Peace is a cancer and bringing 50 year old PoonTawn Jamison in from the AARP bench is a sad, sad commentary.

Howard still can't make a free throw. That team is an abomination. 0-8 in preseason....and then blown out at home against a team missing their 2 best players.

Brownie will be shitcanned by Christmas, but it's not his fault. Laker management is to blame. Even the Zenmeister would be lucky to squeeze 30 wins out of this pile of crud.

Biggest thing watching the game was how poorly LA was on defense. I agree they will have to gel, but Dallas has a ton of new guys too and played without two of their best players. LA looked bad on offense but even worse on defense.

Don't like the Lakers Princeton offense, doesn't suit them best or benefit them. Takes away all of their strengths.

While i agree with you that the Princeton offense doesnt suit them they should be able to beat 90% of the league running any offense with the talent they have. They had NO business losing to the Mavs.

Shit happens. It's the first game with half a new roster. I think I'll save my judgments til later on.
