I've taken classes on Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Final Cut Pro and while I'd probably be able to pick them up again with a little reminder, I haven't used them in forever.

Microsoft Project
Eclipse
JDeveloper
Lotus Notes
Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft Access
Microsoft Visio
Oracle SQL Developer
Jasc Paint Shop Pro
Microsoft Visual Web Developer
Sony Vegas Movie Studio
Windows Live Movie Maker
Adobe Flex
Adobe Flash MX
Microsoft Visual Studio.NET
.. other Oracle products you guys don't care about
- Oracle Discoverer Desktop/Admin
- Oracle Apex
- Oracle Forms Builder
- Oracle Reports Builder

I'm sure there are others.
