With all this talk of the Bog Ten expanding, and the moratorium on new teams up in 2 years, there is most likely going to have to be a new conference. Redrawing them would exactly hurt, either.

How is this:

ACC:
EAST:
North Carolina
North Carolina State
Duke
Wake Forest
South Carolina
Clemson

WEST:
Georgia
Georgia Tech
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
Kentucky
Louisville

Big East:
NORTH:
Boston College
Massachusetts
UConn
Syracuse
Buffalo
Rutgers

SOUTH:
Temple (lets try it again)
Maryland
Virginia
Virginia Tech
Marshall
Appalachian State

Big Ten:
EAST:
Penn State
Pittsburgh
Ohio State
West Virginia
Michigan
Michigan State
Cincinnati

WEST:
Notre Dame
Indiana
Purdue
Northwestern
Wisconsin
Minnesota
Illinois

Big Twelve:
NORTH:
Iowa
Iowa State
Nebraska
Missouri
Kansas
Kansas State

SOUTH:
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Texas
Texas A&M
Texas Tech
Houston

SEC:
EAST
Miami
Florida
Florida State
Central Florida
Southern Florida
Auburn

WEST:
Alabama
LSU
Arkansas
Mississippi
Mississippi State
Southern Mississippi

PAC 10 (no change)
Washington
Washington State
Oregon
Oregon State
California
Stanford
USC
UCLA
Arizona
Arizona State

MWC (Now a BCS conference)
Boise State
Utah
BYU
Nevada
Colorado
Colorado State
Air Force
Wyoming (If I had to cut one, I would cut this one, but it helps even up the numbers between MWC and WAC)
TCU (these two don't quite fit in geographically, but it helps the conference strength)
Hawaii (these two don't quite fit in geographically, but it helps the conference strength)

WAC:
NORTH:
Montana
North Dakota State
Idaho
Utah State
San Jose State
Fresno State

SOUTH:
UNLV
San Diego
San Diego State
Northern Arizona
New Mexico
New Mexico State

Sunbelt:
Florida International
Florida Atlantic
Florida A&M
East Carolina
South Carolina State
Middle Tennessee State
Louisiana Tech
Louisiana Lafayette
Louisiana Monroe
Troy
Tulane

C-USA:
Houston
Baylor
SMU
Rice
North Texas
Texas State
Tulsa
Memphis
Arkansas State

MAC
WEST:
Ball State
Northern Illinois
Southern Illinois
Western Kentucky
Western Michigan
Central Michigan
Eastern Michigan

EAST:
Bowling Green
Miami
Ohio
Akron
Kent
Toledo
Youngstown

Independents:
Army
Navy

130 total teams in 11 conferences, 7 of which are BCS conferences. 10 new 1A football teams.
I think I got all the teams.

I had Saturday School this morning and had to do something for 4 hours while I watched the students.

As for the Big Ten Divisions, It is pretty much like it is now, except for Iowa, but Notre Dame is stronger anyway. That still puts Notre Dame, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota in the same division, not a cakewalk.

Looks good but FYI Houston is in the Big 12 and C-USA. Not sure if ECU should be in the Sun Belt but if thats all I have to complain about I think you did a good job.

Whoops, I wanted to have them in Big 12. I wonder if I am forgetting a team then?

That is the one thing I don't like about this alignment. Originally I set out to rebuild the Big East by combining it with the ACC and creating a EAC, an Eastern American Conference, much like the MAC and the WAC. When I looked at it, though, there just aren't enough teams to make it work. So I set up the Big East much like it is now, the sole conference in the northeast.

EAC would probably look something like this:

Temple
Syracuse
Rutgers
Buffalo
Uconn
Massachusetts
Army
Navy

Give Georgia and Georgia Tech to the SEC and give Virginia Tech, Virginia, Maryland, and Boston College to the ACC, and put App state and Marshall in C-USA or something.

But there goes the Big East.
