Honestly here in the states undergrad engineering is mostly Americans, its the grad classes that are like 90% Asian (India, China, Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries).

I would say maybe 10% when I was in undergrad was foreign students, but when I was in grad school it was only about 10% Americans.

Not trying to be racist at all, but have you ever seen an engineering class in college?

Undergrad is almost all white male, some white female, and then a couple foreigners and a couple blacks.

Not a whole lot of black engineering students, at least when I was in college. Of course, in an effort to add diversity, there were plenty of 'minority' engineering scholarships available for blacks, women, etc.

You hit the nail on the head. The blacks in Grad School for engineering is even smaller.

I never had a black kid in any engineering class in college. We have a couple dozen black engineers at work. They're all from top engineering schools like Georgia Tech, MIT..Berkley..

So it's easily concluded that blacks are smarter than whites and go to top schools.
