How many do you have and are you close? Why or why not?

I have one (way bigger) older brother, two yrs older. We are pretty good friends but not close. We grew up fist fighting a lot; was always pretty one sided. I don't hold that against him because it made me tough, but we are just "guy" close now. Car talk, sports talk, etc.

1 older brother. He lives 600 miles away we retain a decent relationship.

1...she's 9 years younger. During her high school days had the best softball arm I had seen on a girl. Played a year at Muskingum. Runs a OneFit store in Austin.

We're pretty close....yet neither of us show it.

Muskingum is like the NYY of softball. My mom used to live about .3 from the field, I'd walk the dog over and watch them play sometimes.

One older sister that's 5 years older and a younger sister that's 5 years younger. Older sister lives in North Carolina, younger sister still lives in Logan. We are all pretty close. Younger sister and I were born 5 years apart, but have the same birthday.

One sister, 3 years younger, lives in Colorado.

We fought constantly growing up, but we've become closer as we got older.

One younger brother(3.5 years). We were not really close growing up as we have totally separate interests. mine was sports, his was smoking weed. He was involved deeply in drugs(heroin and cocaine) and has been in jail a few times for some minor things. He has been sober since the day my dad died(about 16 months now) He has burned a lot of family relationships over the years but we are working on ours because it was something my dad really wanted. He lives in Mansfield and is on the right path now. He has a decent job at the moment and does speaking events in prisons/rehabs to current/former drug users about his story.

I have an older brother and three younger sisters. We are all pretty close despite me living about five hours away from them.

Youngest of 5. 3 girls and then the 2 boys. Pretty close to oldest sister, and to my brother. But we are all close.

A brother who is a year older than me.

We didn't get along that good. I was always picked on and beat up. We got along pretty good when we lived together for a year in an apartment my first year in college. I still feel our relationship is a bit strained from something. I am not a fan of it. But, he's never been one to talk about anything...so, I doubt if I tried it'd really do much.

One day, maybe the time will arise where we can chat. I'm still pretty upset with how he treated me as we were growing up.

I have 2 Full sisters, 4 half Brothers, and a step Brother and Sister. These are the ones We know about, Im pretty sure there are others out there, Dad was a Whore

I have five brothers and three sisters. I am close with all of them but my two stepsisters, but that's only because they are much older than me and I never lived with either. They were already in the 30s when my dad married my stepmom.


I get along very well with all of my brothers (two of them are step, two are half and one is full) and my little sister (also half) is one of my best friends. My mom and stepdad started dating when I was nine, so we have been one big family for about 18 years now. I consider all of them my siblings...not just half or step.

I have 2 half brothers never knew them, have very little in commom, never visit and have no real reason to create a relationship now. I can be nice to them and have a good conversation with one of them, the other is just a nut case and all screwed up.

two sisters, three brothers..I'm the oldest, and regardless of the fact we're all over the country, we are close---amo la mia famiglia :cool:

2 brothers. We were very close growing up. Not close at all now. Only see each other on holidays and kids birthdays and that's mostly just for the sake of my parents. Sad thing is we all live within 15 minutes of each other.

I envy you for the latter...the former, not so much. Hopefully someday you all can reconnect--ya' never know.

One brother. One of the best people I know.

Also, he's actually on here, and he's fairly active. Not as much as I, but still active.

He lives about 45 minutes away, but we still talk and do things periodically. One of the reasons I look forward to Fantasy Football each year is because he and I are in a league together, and we both love football, so it's something we share.

We're not as close as would be nice, but we're pretty close.
