I had no idea there was such thing as scientific Gender Selection services available. How damn dumb can some people be? Be happy with whatever pops out and be the best parents you can be. Read this article and then think about how these idiots must treat the 3 boys they had before they "bought" a girl.

I undertand wanting to have a daughter or a son. But good lord, adopt.

I really want a son (to carry on the family name since I'm an only child). If we have a boy first we'll be done. If we have a girl we will try again. If we have a boy we'll be done. If we have another girl we'll adopt a son.

I to want a son but got three girls ... wouldn't change a thing
My last name and family tree will end with me and that OK ... my one daughter has named my granddaughter first name my last name. Little odd at first but now it very cool and people like it. So maybe some day complete stranger will used the name for their daughter never knowing that it's BELLY last name

Wait until they turn 13. The price drops sharply -those of you who have raised daughters know why. :D

Oddly enough, colored models are a lot less expensive than even the basic white ones.

Only children are almost always really weird. I hope you have a girl and then a boy.

I said almost! My mom is an only child and she is actually pretty normal, too. She absolutely hates having no siblings, though.

Having been an only child that wasn't raised to be a selfish, spoiled asshole I'm not worried my kid would end up being an asshole if I only had one.

Lol...I am sure he wouldn't, either. She hates it more in terms of growing up lonely. Not having a brother or sister to bounce things off. Whether it was ideas, thoughts, feelings, or even something as simple as outfit choices. She was always looking for that reassurance that she was "normal" or "okay" because she didn't have a brother or sister there to tell her she was being a dumbass, etc. I can only speak in terms of my family, but my siblings and I are brutally honest with one another. You can find that in a friend, but it's tough.

I really have no problem with anyone who only wants one child. I just know my mom wasn't a fan of growing up that way and I also know that I love having five brothers and a sister. I want my kids to hopefully have what we have.

Yeah. You're right. My wife lets me know this daily.

I grew up in a small town and spent enough time hanging out at close friends houses that it didn't really seem like I was an only child. I was always out playing with someone. But I can definitely understand her thoughts.

Do you get a discount when buying in bulk or factory distressed models?

Are colored models more or less than plain white?
