Every year wife and I plan our summer projects. The list is long but we achieve about half during the summer. However this year with the summer heat and some other travel I had to do we got jack shit done.

Winter knocking on the back door so what jobs have you not gotten done this summer?

Here my list of undone:
Did not paint the exterior house wood trim and window …. still time
Did not rebuild the back patio stone steps ….. not this year for sure
Did not take down the die tree in the side yard for fire wood … get some son-in-law help
Did not get up the new shutter in the back of the house … still time when I get to painting
Did not add 10x10 additional garden area … start of next summer

I did not start running seriously again. Every year since I stopped running my senior year of college I've always told myself I would get into running again and just never do it. I'll run a little bit here and there but nothing consistant.

I rent an apartment so I don't have any jobs that I need to do to the place.

I still need to power wash and reseal our deck. My wife has a big list of stuff she wants to get done every day, but she is not realistic.

I live in an apartment, so my summer projects revolve around my family's vacation home at Put-in-Bay. I did get the deck power waged, stained, and sealed, and I got the linoleum floor stripped and sealed so that it's the cleanest it's been in probably 40 years. The only thing I didn't get accomplished was moving our favorite ring to a different part of the yard, so that work have to happen next spring.

Gutter is loose and earlier this summer realized the 2x4 has rotted out some behind it.

I need to use a ladder, saw and electric drill. Figure two of the three could kill me so not in a big hurry to get the job done.

i rent so no house jobs. I use to cut my own lawn until the guy who cuts the neighbors lawn started cutting mine, no clue why but i don't complain.

Need to get the garden turned over in a few weeks. Fix the gutters and some siding that has a crack in it. Change some bulbs on out side lights. Cut more wood for my outside fire.
