Somehow 10.5 does not seem like enough points for Pitt. They lost by 14 to YSU. It is at home, but I still don't think it's going to be enough.

Yes. They moved it mostly because it used to fall on Thanksgiving break and no students were on campus for the game. Not sure why its so early though.
