AVALANCHE should be able to skate away with this one with another win.

This is a critical road trip. Columbus is a mere 2 pts from the bottom of the Western Conference.
Colorado (44 pts) Phoenix (44 pts) Dallas (39 pts) and Detroit (41 pts).
Detroit holds the 8th spot and is already 6 pts ahead of CBJ.
They just cant afford to have any more separation.
The CBJ have lost 13 of 15. They've lost 5 in a row.

Well, if nothing goes right in the next week or so I suppose I'm throwing the towel in on this season. Its sad how different this team looks compared to last season.

The season started off pretty good, but has just gone south fast. If we can turn it around quickly, then the season can still be salvaged.

Finally a GDT for the Jackets.
The way they are playing though, it was not worth the time to make it.

Mason gave up 3 goals in 4:15, and then was replaced by Garon who has given up 1 already.

Maybe we'll get a high draft pick...a Defenseman

^^^^^^The upcoming draft is very deep. I've tried to figure out what is wrong with this team and I can't figure it out. Perhaps it it time for Hitch to leave. It isn't the dead puck era anymore. This team needs a more up-tempo system, and not a defensive one.

Why does he continue to throw Mase under the bus? What good does it do? Maybe 1 of the 4 he allowed he would like to have back.
Our D is 2 steps slower than last year and we hesistate so bad on passes they get picked off easily. Not a good team at all. Maybe the move to Winnipeg is on their minds?

This team is not moving to Winnipeg. If there is a team that's going to move there, it's gonna be Phoenix and they'll become the jets again
