I might depend are the definition of funny.
Like hahaha funny? or weird/odd/crazy funny?
Going with the latter, I stand by my statement that this is funny that it's a recurring problem AND that if they are remains, it's from the Japanese tsunami.

Actually I meant "now that's funny" but maybe it should of been in quotes, since it was meant to be in a Larry the Cable Guy tone of voice.
