Is this going to air on PBS any time? I'd like to hear it on speakers better than my iPad's.

It was on one of my PBS channels last night. They don't have a national sched., check your local listings.
I never knew Les Paul designed the echo chambers in the studios. That bldg really is cool, the first round office bldg, rooms inside of rooms and the treasures of equipment. I thought only Nashville still had vintage stuff like that. Sounds great with my Bose headphones.

I looked last night and didn't see it, but I will do a search. I believe Les Paul taught Steve Miller how to play guitar when Miller was young. IIRC, I thought that's what I read.

Les was his Godfather. Steve is Glenn Miller's son, from the big band era. One of my uncles played floor bass with Glenn Miller's big band for awhile.

I was wrong. Glenn had son named Steve, but not the musician. I'm getting old and the medication is stronger. I was right about Les being his Godfather. I thought Les said Steve was Glenn's son when introducing him once at a show, Les Paul & friends.
