I can't paste the link from my phone but Jennings from Milwaukee got fined $7,500 for tweeting about a win. Apparently the rule is you can't tweet during the game which is defined by 45 mins before and after a game.
The rule is clearly stated but I still think its dumb.

What if his message was something like "happy birthday mom!" and posted at the same time? Do you think he would still be fined?
